The workshop will be hosted by the IAEA Staff  Council and be held at the Vienna International Centre in Vienna,  Austria.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There will be a seminar on the Appeals Process by Larry Fauth the day before, November 13. The presentation deals with what pay for performance is and what are the desired outcomes.  It delves into various performance parameters and the links between the organization and the individual.&lt;br /&gt;It also provides a segment on what  FICSA should do now.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you J.
