Pay for Performance
At the last FICSA Council in Turin, an FAO representative gave a presentation on Pay for Performance to the HRM Standing Committee. The presentation deals with what pay for performance is and what are the desired outcomes. It delves into various performance parameters and the links between the organization and the individual.
It also provides a segment on what FICSA should do now.
Thank you J. Albert (FAO) for providing the presentation.
I would encourage everyone to share their organizations practices with FICSA and here on this blog.
The link will take you to the presentation but you must be a member to view.
